Negre de Can Calopa

Wine label design for Negre de Can Calopa, a natural red wine from the eco-driven cellar L’Olivera in the hills of Collserola, just outside Barcelona.

The label shows a pair of pruning shears, a tool pretty crucial to harvesting. It’s a small ode to the manual work behind each bottle.

Moka Sculpture

During the pandemic, I commissioned Victor Tambo to make a Moka Express sculpture in a “nice size”. As soon as travel restrictions were lifted, I flew to Denmark to photograph the working man. I think he did a nice job.

Special thanks to Malthe Dahl for the heavy lifting.

Blanc de Serè

Wine label design for Blanc de Serè, a dry, fresh white wine first bottled in 1989. It takes its name from the northwesterly Serè wind, which sweeps through Vallbona de les Monges, Catalonia, in winter.
